EMDROPS should be stored at room temperature (about 68 to 77 F; or 20 to 25 C). Periodic exposure to higher temperatures (e.g. during hiking/biking in hot weather; or leaving in a hot car) is OK. Brief exposure to cold conditions is also OK. However, do not store in fridge or freezer, since mineral crystals will form. If this happens, you may see cloudiness, particles or “snowflakes” in the product. This is normal and does not affect quality. Simply allow the bottle to reach room temperature and shake bottle for some time to dissolve the mineral crystals.
The shelf life of EMDROPS is at least two years. A “Best by” date is provided at the bottom of the outer carton. This “Best by” date is also provided on each bottle, either at the bottle bottom, or on the label.
