Yes, EMDROPS is great for adding to drinking water for rehydration after any type of mild to moderate exercise by a healthy individual.
However, in cases of intense physical exercise with profuse sweating, severe dehydration, diarrhoea etc, it is important to add some table salt (sodium chloride) or sea salt (sodium chloride with trace minerals) to your drinking water, in order to replace the sodium lost in sweating. This is especially important for long distance endurance events, such as marathons, triathlons etc. Please note that drinking large amounts of water quickly without sodium can cause hyponatremia, which can be extremely dangerous, or even lethal.
